In other countries, returning your package is at your own expense
RETURNS OPTIONS
You have 14 days to return the product without giving a
reason, starting on the day of receipt of the item.
The item can only be returned unused and, if possible,
in the original packaging with the original hang tag.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are only accepted within the 14-day return period.
The items have not been worn and/or washed.
There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors and/or 
cigarette odors on the items. No attempt has been made to correct a defect.
We will not accept insufficient or unpaid returns.
Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to 
us within 14 days of delivery with a description. If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the
right to return the shipment and charge you the
shipping costs.

ORDER STILL NOT DELIVERABLE
We continuously monitor our online range with the utmost
care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen
that during the processing of the order it appears that
an item is no longer in stock. If an item is
unexpectedly not available, we will notify you
within 5 working days
and we will refund the paid amount
within 14 days.

COMPLAINTS
If item broken? Has your order not arrived? 
Whatever complaint you have, please report it to us.

COMPLAINTS
Send us a photo of the complaint, 
and we will assess your complaint and try to resolve it
to everyone's satisfaction. We will answer your email
within a few days of receipt. If more time is needed,
we will let you know.
